The BSGSWC is currently developing a new volunteer and peer support program for the Bay St. George Women’s Centre and Shelter. As a volunteer, you represent the foundation of our organization. Our volunteers make it possible for us to provide social and educational programming, such as Afternoon Tea and Women’s Night Out, and many of our public events, such as Take back the Night and the Dec. 6 Commemoration and Vigil, would be impossible to run without the support and participation of our volunteers.
There are a variety of different ways to be a volunteer with the BSGSWC, appealing to a variety of interests and personal strengths. Please contact us if you would like more information on our volunteer program.
