Each year the Bay St George Women’s Centre hosts a Kitchen Garden. Women have the opportunity to take part in growing different herbs and vegetables. If you would like to learn gardening skills including how to prepare soil and compost, as well as planting and maintaining a garden, please call Sheila at 643-4444.

Women’s Night Out provides a safe space for all women to meet and socialize. We plan many activities, including movie nights and self-care nights. Some educational workshops are also available with guest speakers providing resources and learning opportunities. This program takes place on the last Monday of each month from 7-9 pm.

This program gives women the opportunity to come together to share ideas; enjoy activities; and healthy snacks in a safe and social setting. We plan activities, educational workshops, guest speakers, resources and learning opportunities that are of interest to participants. This program takes place every Wednesday from 1:30 – 3:30 pm.
